I suggest you ...

Make Android Informant System 5 compliant

I wrote this elsewhere but why do the Android people ALWAYS suffer when we have 83% of the market. Make Informant system 5 compliant for Android and you've got a winning series. I paid $32 for Informant Sync. If this isn't rectified you will never see a dime from me again and I will not likely use the product. Planner Plus is almost as good, fully cross platform and $6.95. Where would you put you money?

Informant for Android is a bit long in the tooth, there is no denying that. There are a lot of behind the scenes things that have taken place that have contributed to this current state. We have truly not forgotten or neglected Informant for the Android. Historically Informant for Android has needed a subsidy from the sales of our other products to help fund its development. When resources began to tighten up we chose to divert the resources to the other products with the plan to be getting them finished and updated, selling well again then we would pick up the Android project again. We are presently in the process of choosing an Android engineering and we are having product meetings to determine the direction that Informant for Android will be going. At the top of the list is designing the user interface to be much more similar to the iOS Informant interface than our current offering. However in the best case scenario we are at least a year from having a new product ready for customer distribution. We look forward to the new app when it gets here.

The UI sucks big time. You must see that. You want $32 USD to sync a piece of crap with something good. You just don't get it do you. Decline it all you want. I could care less. You've just saved me $32 bucks.

Oh and another thing - I wish developers would stop asking for free feedback and then respond in the ignorant fashion you did. Take your ignorance; you're crappy customer support and shove it where the sun don't shine. You people have a hell of a nerve looking for free time; free feedback and then have the gall to respond in as stupid a fashion as possibly can.
