Smart filter to view tagged tasks by folder / project then nested tasks.

When adding Tags to Tasks in Informant for macOS, Tags are saved in the order in which they were added. However, in iOS, Tags are saved in alphabetical order. It would be nice to have Tasks in iOS saved in the order in which they were selected instead of in alphabetical order.

When editing an event or task or note and selecting the tags, the ability to quick select just one tag with one tap on the coloured icon. Even if other tags are selected, tapping the coloured spot of the tag should select that one tag, and deselect the rest (while tapping on the tag but not the actual coloured spot, doesn't allows multi select as per current behaviour). This is actually the way it currently works for filters (in Focus or Calendar views). The same behaviour for the Event/Task/Note editor would be appreciated.

I think it’s because of tag filtering is done top level in calendar and tasks. I’ve always this was a undesirable method.

Just let build filters with any field.

Yesterday I submitted a suggestion for modifying the implementation of Tags to allow users to have Particular Sorts (prioritized lists) for Ad Hoc groups of Tasks.

I can see drawbacks in my suggested approach. To avoid them it would seem better to implement "Super Smart Filters" - each of which would have a particular priority listing to allow for Smart Filter specific sorting of 6 to 10 groupings (eg Urgerst, ASAP, Medium, whenever...). I need this bad!!

One of the biggest 'no duh' features... And we're voting about it.

I would like to also vote that these smart filter capabilities once added should also be rolled into the calendar views as well. @Rolf, I don't know whether you have the ability to modify a request, but if so could you consider adding this to the description to avoid diluting votes across multiple requests?

The lack of this 1 feature keeps me from even considering using PI.

i´m still use Toodledo instead of fully Informant 5 exclusively for the impossibility of doing smart filters with the tags.
The rest of the product it`s awesome. Please complete it.

I also totally agree that this is needed. I use Informant both for personal and professional tasks. Since I cannot use tags to filter those two types, I use the priority field value. This does not feel right.

I wholeheartedly agree that this is a needed feature. I need to arrange my Informant Today screen with several task groups for reference and without the ability to use tags in smart filters I'm stuck sorting through long lists.
